Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully. They set out the basis on which Endura provides estate records organisation services to households in Thailand.

Last updated: 1 May 2025

1. About Endura

Endura is an estate records organisation service based at 17 Yommarat Road, Mai Khao, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand. We help households in Thailand build clear, labelled archives of their important personal documents and facilitate calm family record-keeping conversations. Our work is organisational and educational in nature.

By using our services you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an engagement.

2. Scope of Services

Endura offers the following organisational programmes:

  • Records Organising Session (฿4,000): A single session helping you build a clear, labelled list of important documents and their locations, including a printed inventory.
  • Planning Conversation Series (฿15,000): A series of guided household conversations around wishes and record-keeping, supported by printed guides.
  • Full Archive & Briefing Programme (฿33,500): A thorough programme to assemble a labelled archive, a plain written summary for relatives, a home filing layout, and a family briefing.

Full descriptions of each programme are available on our Services page.

3. What We Do Not Provide

Endura's services are strictly organisational, educational, and informational. We do not provide, and nothing we say or produce should be understood as:

  • Legal advice, legal drafting, or legal representation of any kind
  • Financial planning, investment guidance, or tax advice
  • Notarial or attestation services
  • Insurance recommendations or brokerage
  • Medical or healthcare guidance
  • Formal translation or certified interpretation of documents

Where formal professional services are needed, we will signpost you to relevant official bodies or registered practitioners, but any engagement with such parties is entirely separate from your engagement with Endura.

4. Engaging a Service

An engagement begins when you contact us by phone, email, or through our website enquiry form, and we confirm the programme, date, and fee in writing (by email). A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Endura.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and format (in-person or remote). Session times and locations will be agreed individually.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable as follows:

  • Records Organising Session: Full payment of ฿4,000 due prior to the session date.
  • Planning Conversation Series: A deposit of ฿7,500 is due upon booking; the remaining ฿7,500 is due before the second session.
  • Full Archive & Briefing Programme: A deposit of ฿15,000 is due upon booking; the balance of ฿18,500 is due before the final session.

Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account details provided in your booking confirmation. Endura does not store card information.

Fees are reviewed periodically. The fee applicable to your engagement is that confirmed in your written booking confirmation, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

  • More than 7 days before a session: Full refund of any amount paid, or transfer to a new date at no charge.
  • 3–7 days before a session: A 50% session fee is retained; the remainder is refunded or transferred.
  • Fewer than 3 days before a session: The full session fee is retained. Rescheduling within 60 days may be offered at Endura's discretion.

If Endura needs to reschedule, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us at [email protected] or call +66 76 528 3107.

7. Your Responsibilities

To allow sessions to proceed smoothly and on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the documents and information you wish to organise
  • Ensure that any household members expected to participate are available at the agreed time
  • Inform us in advance of any particular sensitivities that may affect how sessions are conducted
  • Use any printed materials, guides, or inventories we produce for your personal household use only

You confirm that you have the authority to provide the documents you share with us, and that doing so does not breach any obligation you have to a third party.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the contents of your documents or conversations to any third party except in the following circumstances:

  • Where you have given us written consent to do so
  • Where we are required to do so by applicable Thai law or by an order of a competent authority

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All guides, templates, filing layouts, and written materials produced by Endura for general use remain the intellectual property of Endura. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials produced during your engagement for your own household purposes.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, or adapt Endura's materials for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.

Inventories, summaries, and documents produced specifically for your household as part of your programme belong to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

Endura's services are organisational and educational. We do not make any representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of information contained in your documents, nor do we take responsibility for the state of your records before we begin work with you.

Endura shall not be liable for any loss or consequence arising from:

  • Reliance on any material we produce as professional legal, financial, or other formal advice
  • Documents that are lost, misfiled, or incomplete prior to or after our engagement
  • Decisions made by you or your household members following our sessions

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, with proceedings to take place in Phuket where practicable.
