My husband and I had been talking about sorting out our papers for years. After he passed, I couldn't find half of what I needed and spent months unravelling things that could have been simple. When I found Endura and worked through the Records Organising Session with Naphat, it was exactly what I'd wished I'd done sooner. The printed inventory is kept in our fireproof folder now and my daughter knows exactly where to look.

My wife and I completed the Full Archive Programme over about six weeks last year. Wiroon made the sessions comfortable and Naphat was very thorough with the filing layout. What I appreciated was that they never tried to tell us what to do with anything — only where to find it. The family briefing document has been shared with both our adult children and they've thanked us for it.

We have documents from France, Thailand, and a small bank account in Singapore — it was genuinely complicated. The session helped us see it all laid out for the first time. I'd have liked the inventory format to cover overseas accounts in slightly more depth, and I mentioned this, which they noted for their template. Otherwise very patient and very professional. Useful service for mixed-nationality couples in particular.

I'd put this off for a decade. The Planning Conversation Series gave my wife and me a structure for discussions that had always felt too heavy to start. Sarah ran the sessions with real gentleness. The printed guides also helped — we went back to them between sessions. Nothing about the experience felt morbid; it felt like responsible planning.

After my father passed, my brother and I spent almost three months finding all the documents we needed. We decided our own children would not face the same thing. We did the Full Archive Programme last year — Wiroon helped with the Thai-language elements and Naphat produced the most thorough filing layout I have seen. We feel much better about the situation now.

I came to Endura after a solicitor told me I should get my affairs in order but didn't explain how to do it practically. The Records Organising Session was excellent for that. It's a different kind of service — not advice, just organisation — and I think more people need to understand that distinction. The printed inventory is simple and clear, which is exactly what's needed.

Case Studies

A closer look at three household journeys

Case Study 01 — Planning Conversation Series

The situation

A retired couple from New Zealand and Thailand had never formally discussed what should happen to their affairs. The subject had been avoided for years — not from lack of care, but from not knowing how to begin.

The sessions

Four Planning Conversation sessions over five weeks gave the household a clear structure. Each session built on the last. The printed guides were reviewed by both partners between sessions and prompted several important conversations at home.

The outcome

A complete printed inventory of household documents, a shared understanding of where everything is kept, and — in the couple's own words — "a relief we hadn't expected to feel." Both partners said they would return for the Full Archive Programme.

"We genuinely didn't know what we were missing until we sat down with Endura and found out."

Case Study 02 — Full Archive & Briefing Programme

The situation

A Thai family in Thalang with adult children living in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The parents held property, bank accounts, and insurance policies that their children had no clear picture of. Following a health scare, the family wanted matters properly in order.

The programme

Six sessions over eight weeks, including two home visits. The home filing layout was implemented in the family home during the programme. The written family briefing was shared with the children in a joint session, which was found to be the most valuable element of the whole programme.

The outcome

A thorough archive with a matching filing system. The family briefing document — written in plain language — was well received by the children. Two official resource referrals were made for matters requiring formal professional attention.

"Our children now know exactly what exists and where. That alone was worth everything."

Case Study 03 — Records Organising Session

The situation

A recently widowed British woman living in Mai Khao, managing a household with documents from the UK, Australia, and Thailand. She needed to understand what she had before making any decisions about the future.

The session

A single three-hour session at the Endura office, working through all document categories methodically. Several overseas account and policy types were unfamiliar territory, and clear signposting was provided for each. The session was conducted at the client's pace throughout.

The outcome

A printed inventory covering all three countries' document types. Three official resource referrals for formal matters. The client said the session gave her a clear picture at a moment when everything had felt uncertain. She subsequently returned for the Planning Conversation Series.

"I came in not knowing where to start. I left with a list. That was exactly what I needed."
