A quiet first step

Would it help to have a brief conversation first?

Many families find it easier to begin with a short, no-pressure exchange. We're here when you're ready — there's no rush.

Why Endura

Steady hands on your family's paperwork

Entirely organisational

We help you gather and label documents — nothing more. No advice on legal, financial, or personal decisions is ever given.

Unhurried pace

Sessions move at the speed you set. There is no pressure, no rushing, and no expectation of decisions. Just a calm, structured conversation.

Clear printed records

Every session results in a plain, printed inventory or guide that can be kept safely at home — no jargon, no complexity.

Family-centred

Our work is shaped around the household, not a standard checklist. We listen first, then follow your lead on how to proceed.

Handled with discretion

What you share with us stays with us. Sessions are private, and we never discuss family matters with third parties.

Based in Phuket

We serve families across Phuket and the surrounding area, and can accommodate home visits for the Full Archive & Briefing Programme.

Questions

Things families often ask

What does Endura actually do in a session? +
We sit with you — at your home or our Phuket office — and work through a structured list of the documents and information that a family typically needs to have in order. We help you decide where things are kept, label them clearly, and produce a printed inventory. We do not give any advice on what decisions to make; we simply help with the organisation.
Is this the same as estate planning advice? +
No. Endura is not a legal or financial service. We do not write wills, provide investment guidance, or advise on tax or inheritance matters. If those are needed, we will point you toward the appropriate official sources. Our work is purely organisational and educational — helping households know what they have and where to find it.
How long does each programme take? +
A Records Organising Session is typically two to three hours. The Planning Conversation Series runs across three or four sessions spaced a week or two apart. The Full Archive & Briefing Programme is more thorough and is usually spread over several weeks, working at the household's own pace.
Do we need to prepare anything before a session? +
Nothing special is needed beforehand. We begin from wherever you are — whether your papers are in good order already or spread across several drawers. Part of the first conversation is simply understanding what you have and what matters most to your household.
Are sessions available in Thai as well as English? +
Our written materials are produced in English. For sessions, we work primarily in English. If your household would prefer to converse in Thai, please mention this when you enquire and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
What happens with the information shared during a session? +
All information shared with Endura is treated with complete discretion. We retain only what is necessary for the session notes, which are used solely to prepare your printed inventory. We do not share personal details with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
